I need help with rashguards...?

I'm buying a rashguard because I'm very sensitive to the sun and I get sunburned no matter how much sunscreen I put on. Are you supposed to wear a bikini top under your rashguard? I would think so, but I'm making sure. Is the rashguard supposed to be skin tight, or a little loose? And will the chlorine of pool water affect it?

OK. I would definitely wear a top under it (unless you want everyone to see your nipples), it should be somewhat tight but not too much so, and pool water seems to be fine (hasn't hurt mine, at least).
